Hello,
I have a silver coin slabbed by NGC,it has a brown non appealing spot.Does conservation can remove it? And removing it will it affect its grading? if yes will it get one more grade or maybe even more?

Impossible to remove a local spot without affecting the area surrounding it, that makes the cleaning result potentially much than when you started.

Best left well alone.
The upside benefit possibility is tiny compared to the downside risk.
