Since I never get these, I am logging the photo here forever:
Jewish War Yr 4 69/70 AD Eighth Shekel Jerusalem, Last year of Second Temple: Dated to the fourth year, struck 69/70 CE. Omer cup with pearled rim; paleo-Hebrew around To the redemption of Zion / Lulav flanked by etrogs on either side; paleo-Hebrew around Year four. TJC 214. Hendin 670.
Quoting a past reference as to why these were not silver:
"This is one of the emergency issues of the fourth year of the war. Apparently stores of precious silver had run low and for the first time bronze fractions of shekels in denominations of one-half, one-quarter, and this type of one-eighth were struck by the Jews still holding out in Jerusalem." 18 mm, 4.72 grams
