Good evening everyone. I am needing help determining if this is just extra thick and normal or possibly Machine Doubling for the lettering. Thanks!

The tops of the devices may have some wear there making it look like spread. But it is not. Note the over all size of the devices are normal in size. On a real DDO, note how the devices are widened:

I'm confused, do you mean to ask if it's a doubled die? Machine Doubling is "normal" in that it's not a die variety and adds no value.
