It has the die clash in bays 8 and 9 like on variety vista

Markers only apply on coins that have the die variety. It doesn't work the opposite way. Find the variety first and then the marker can confirm die state. Clashes come and go and happen on almost all dies at one time or another. So these matches mean nothing without the variety present.

Hey coop yeah thanks but I'm thinking it's the doubled die reverse, if you take a look at one cent especially on the o you can see the doubling there as well as on United States of America

Need a closer picture of "one" and "united", but it looks like MD ( Machine Doubling)to me. Those generally are one time events that don't add value.
