It's a contemporary non-circulating proof. Probably come back a 68-70. Like any other contemporary proof. But even if you get a PF 70, it's still only worth melt.

If you're sending it in to preserve and protect it, fine. To authenticate it as real for any future buyers, fine. But if you are sending it in, hoping a high grade will make it more valuable... well, it if was me, I wouldn't. NGC foreign coin price guide shows a PF 69 at $471, (current melt) and a PF 70 at $500. Not worth the $30+ to get it graded.
