Help With Rhode Island State Quarter Error

jarheadcarter88 New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 09/29/2020 10:06 am I have researched this prior to posting but was not able to find the error I found on this particular State Quarter. It looks like for a lack of a better term, snake swimming above the water. I have yet been able to see another instance of this in my research. Thoughts? Report this Post to the Staff
