1966 Lincoln With Reverse Die Clash

I have a 1966 Lincoln Penny with marks on the reverse. Is this some form of a die clash. Coin is in bad shape also so probably not much value I would assume.

No it's not one of those zincons. It doesn't give. I think it is a clash of Lincoln from the obverse on the reverse.

It's a die clash. Here's an overlay so you can see what's clashed.

I wonder. Looking at the overlay I'm seeing a different trend in the shape in question--arching gently like an open umbrella vs bowing up like the bottom of the letter U. Curious.
