HI there! I found this penny and was wondering if this is an error. I constantly second guess myself and am new to collecting any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you seeing a possible Cud?
Feel free to use the Glossary on the left side of page for info on Cud.

Are you speaking of the mark above STATES? If so, that looks like the coin took a hit, so I'd say it's just PMD.
