The seller is a friend of the family and I want to ensure that a fair value for the coin is used by both parties. I have enclosed an image of the coin that I hope will help with grading. As a start, confirm that it isn't attracted to a magnet. Then, move on to confirming diameter, weight, and thickness. Then, move on to confirming specific gravity/alloy of silver. If you do an ebay sold items search, you will find one in comparable condition that sold for $48. And this example, also close to the one you have shown, (but with some ugly scratches) sold for about $40 including the buyer's premium in 2018: https://wcn.pl/archive/151903?q=Nie...5+marek+1908 Edit: there are several that have sold on ebay in similar grade.
