1977 Eisenhower S Weird Hole In Head? Looks Like A Letter

Hey guys. Was looking at this gorgeous coin and noticed a small hole in the head of Eisenhower. When looking closer it almost looks like a letter. An a, or e, maybe? How weird right!! Also is the eagle supposed to have this line on its tail or is this an example of Cud? Thanks again!

the hole looks like a stain to me, and the bump on the eagle's wing, if raised, might be a die chip

@coinerin, yes that circle does look like surface staining. With the coin in hand, does it actually look raised above the rest of the coin? If so, it might be a tiny drop of dried adhesive.

Your dollar just got splashed with something that left a mark (stain) on it, not so weird, just PMD.
