I'm a bit puzzled by the wear on the "5" in the "50" on the reverse side. Not sure I've ever seen one worn like that. Curious as to your opinion on both grade and authenticity.
Might be a minor Struck Through Grease. Make sure to flatten those staples. It is also best to remove coins from holders before taking photos whenever possible. John1
The reverse has better sharpness, but the obverse holds it to VF-35. It's a genuine O-105. The incomplete strike in PLURIBUS and on the 5 are characteristic of that Overton variety. I'd say a straight grade.
