1944 5 Centavos Upside Down S Mint?

Hey guys! Last one for the day I promise! I was looking at this and I know it is from Philippines but it was minted in US therefore maybe a US mistake! Is this S mont mark upside down!? I seem to recall the fatter part of the S being on the bottom? Does this add any value to the coin?

Appears to be a properly oriented ball serif mintmark.

Really? Because the wider part of the s is at the top whereas most s mint marks that I see the wider part is at the bottom.

For instance here is the one they have on Numista. See where the wider part is on bottom
