NumisRob Bedrock of the Community United Kingdom 17983 Posts	Posted 10/03/2020 07:42 am Hi Terry g and It looks to me as if the coin has been deliberately mutilated - the marks on the reverse of the outer ring makes me think someone has gouged out the centre, damaged it by drilling out a section, and then put it back together with a piece probably from another coin. Terry g New Member Spain 4 Posts	Posted 10/03/2020 08:55 am It looks like it was punched out when the coin was in one piece and the punching dislodged the centre disc.The center disc was then replaced but not to its original position. The small piece is the original also not in the correct position you can see the edge of Carlos's forehead. Hope this makes sense. Report this Post to the Staff
