The picture itself is not very helpful since that side is the same for all bimetallic 500 lire commems (1993-99). But since you mentioned the year, yours will be the one commemorating the centennial of the Italian central bank (Banca d'Italia) issued in 1993. The logo on the other side is that of the bank, see http://www.bancaditalia.it/

Those 500 lire pieces were circulating commemoratives, thus many were minted. An uncirculated pieces might be worth €1-2; yours would probably fetch less due to the grade ...

A said, it is a very common coin, 500 Lire bimetallic has been minted from 1982 up to 2001, many years w/ Banca D'Italia Building in the Reverse, some years w/ commemorative pictures, as 1993. Anyway in 1993 has been mint 90.000.000 pieces and in an italian catalogue it is evaluated 1.5 euro in UNC grade.
A couple of notes related to this coin, it is the first bimetallic coin minted after Italian mint engineers realized the bimetallic technology, and it is a coin w/ braille text also reported.
