Well, I can't find them in my Krause either, but I can tell you that Kreigs Geld means war money.

These were issued by individual states in Germany.

Good luck finding the numbers!

These were issued not by states (like Westfalen), but by towns.
(Stadt = town)

Yep, they're notgeld coins. You won't find them in Krause.

Right, both were city issues (notgeld). The two places are both in the state of North Rhine Westphalia - Oberhausen is a fairly big city in the Ruhr area, Neheim is now part of the city of Arnsberg.

All the most comprehensive references for German notgeld, both the coins and the paper money, are written in German. In English, Coffing's "World Notgeld" checklist just lists the cities that issued notgeld, and gives a few illustrations - it doesn't give any detailed listings of issues of particular cities.

In Coffing, your two cities are both listed as issuing "municipal metal" tokens like yours; both cities are rated as "most common".
