Finland (1951), Canada (1976), Spain (1992) and Brazil (2016) come to mind - there's likely others! I've thought about collecting the Canadian coins a time or two - but never wanted to pull the trigger on such a large set of coins (28 silver plus a pair of gold coins) that are outside of my core interests - even though they were selling for little more than their bullion value for years.
