This US 2013 D dime seems to have an over lap of material or multiple Cuds at the rim.
I don't see any sign of post mint damage but tell me your opinion. It seems extra shiny also.

I don't think they are Cuds. It could be metal pushed up by the collar during the strike, kind of like a serrated Rim Fin.
