Stevenintampa member might know. The 3rd note caught my eye sept for the fold but still should be worth more than $20.

I really don't keep track of prices for circulating modern notes, fancy or not. With being said, the two binary radars should bring some premium, maybe $30 each and the low serial numbered note (00000007) might bring $40-$50. The PK note you could spend. I know someone might look at it as a birthday note, but I don't...it's not formatted correctly for the U.S.

The 1st, 3rd and 4th notes have a premium.
But not a full premium since the quoted values are for Crisp Uncirculated note which yours are not.

LOW and FANCY SERIAL NUMBERS.

General Comments
Quoted values are for Choice Crisp Uncirculated (CHCU)
Higher face values sometimes get a higher premium BUT not in proportion to face values. A $100 face note does NOT get 100 times the premium of a $1 face note. The factor is more on the order of 2 times.
Special exceptions have a significantly higher value.

Low Numbers - The lower, the better.
Single-digit numbers.
00000001 through 00000009
Range - $500 to $1,500 depending on face value (with a few special exceptions)

Two-digit numbers.
00000010 through 00000099
Range - $200 - $300 depending on face value

Solid Serial Numbers
All have a significant premium.
11111111 to 99999999
Range - $1,500 - $4,000 depending on face value (999999999 is a special exception)
Ladders
Full Ladder - Eight numbers in order (no skips)
01234567, 12345678, 23456789
98765432, 87654321, 76543210
Range - $1,000 - $3,000 depending on face value (98765432 is a special exception)
Partial Ladder
00123456, 00012345, 00002345, . ,00000123, 00000012
65432100, 54321000, 43210000, . ,32100000, 21000000
Range - no significant premium

10 Million Notes
10000000, 20000000, . ,80000000, 90000000
Range - $2,500 to $6,000

Radars - Numbers read the same forward and backward
15677651 - four-digit radar
97722779 - three-digit radar
11888811 - two-digit radar
25522552 - radar repeater

10000001 - super radar
Range - 3- & 4-digit radar $8-10
Range - 2-digit radar $20-30
Range - Super radar $85-100

Repeaters - Notes with repeating digits

Thank you so much for the information. It sucks that the SN #7 was folded but its still in pretty good condition unlike the 11000011 which has marks on it. I may want to get that book to help price bills if I get more.

Someone offered me $50 for the 11000011 which sounds right given condition.

That one is still for sale on my ebay page. I have it at 1200 and at some point I will drop it until someone wants it or someone puts in an offer for it. These kind of things are hard to price as Kanga said so its really only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Not the fun is finding out what that price is.
But John1, its still for sale.
