Is this an error of any sort that is found between the 2 columns? Thank you for any info.

That is a normal part of the design. It's supposed to show the columns behind the main columns

Columns 5 & 8 are supposed to look like that. In the middle of bay 5 looks like a stain,I am not sure what your exact question is though.
