On one hand, it's actually really neat. On the other hand, the lettering is, IMHO, a bit too crude for Gallienus.

Still near one way or another, though...

20x18 mm (probably used to be a lot more round), 2.19 grams (probably used to weigh a bit more).

I would say it's probably official looking at the legends on some of these?

Official but rough. The poor quality of the official coins must have made it difficult to tell the difference back then as well.
