we can't really tell without better images. As for " no mint Mark," it's not necessary to add this designation to any coins from 1965, as no coins struck in 1965, 1966 or 1967 have mint marks.
Also historically (with the above exception,) coins that have no mint marks are attributed to the Philadelphia mint and can be referred to by just the date or the date followed by (P). The mint mark is added to a coin to show that it was NOT made in Philadelphia, but at one of the branch mints.
