This is a great cross over coin for sure. When this was in ICCS was either 63 or a 64(depending on when it was graded), the fields are super baggy but the colour looks stellar. In contrast the devices here are looking great for a lack of marks, eye appeal amazing, strike is good for the series but is certainly not perfect, so I'll say PCGS gave it a 65. I'm sure they wanted to go 66 but too many reasons not to. This is exactly the type of coin I would crossover.
Edit: Forgot to mention red for both PCGS and ICCS but I don't think anyone would question that with this coin.

MS-65+ Red, the eye-appeal probably earned the 'plus' in my opinion; great colour, great looking coin.

I'd be willing to put money on this coin being at least MS-65RD with the confidence of stating this is likely a MS-65+RD
From experience, this is a beautiful problem free coin.
