Hi again, was wondering if u guys could assist me again with a 2005 D Oregon missing clad layer on the reverse, I believe is completely missing clad layer & only missing about half of the obverse. Please look it over & let me know & thank you in advance!!

I don't think this is missing its cladding - more likely just discolored, perhaps due to being in the ground for a time.
