1957-D Jefferson Nickel - Lamination Error?

I found this Jefferson nickel CRH. I think it may have some sort of lamination issue on the reverse above Monticello. It is worth noting that the coin has a slight grain pattern in the same direction of the break. You can't really pick that up in the pictures. What do y'all think?

It is lamination. I can't comment on the grain pattern thing.

Great! Thanks for the photography props. I take my photos on an off white piece of vinyl with good lighting and my cell phone. Cell phone cameras have come a long way! I was just commenting that the lamination break was in the same direction as the grain pattern.
