1957-D Jefferson Nickel - Lamination Error?

I think it may have some sort of lamination issue on the reverse above Monticello. It is worth noting that the coin has a slight grain pattern in the same direction of the break. I take my photos on an off white piece of vinyl with good lighting and my cell phone. Cell phone cameras have come a long way!
