This coin weighs 2.3 grams. I got this coin in a lot of several other Byzantine coins at a pretty low cost. At first I thought this was just the Michael VIII AE Follis SB 1878, but when going through me collection I began to consider this may be the much rarer Michael VIII AE Half Follis SB 1880a because of the 2.3 gram weight. From what I could see online, the regular SB 1878 coins weigh at least 5g. Wondering what you all think about this, what type would you attribute it as?

The obverse is a it messed up, but these coins were known to be overstruck on folles of Romanus. I think yours is the rare half folles SB 1880A, nice find.
