I just went through some old family papers. Looking at a closed aunts estate I found these coupons and letter referring to them regarding their value for closing the estate. I know that three of my aunts worked as nurses in Russia during World War I. My question is are they collectible and if so what might their value be?

The letter is the best part. It is interesting that as late as 1968 the bank held money for the redemption of the 1916 bonds.

The letter should make them a bit more valuable. I am sure that you can put it up for sale with the letter and get something from a collector of Russian items.
