Question On Russian Government Coupons 1917?

Looking at a closed aunts estate I found these coupons and letter referring to them regarding their value for closing the estate. I know that three of my aunts worked as nurses in Russia during World War I. My question is are they collectible and if so what might their value be? Report this Post to the Staff
