1959 DDO On The Date And "Liberty"

All,

I am struggling to understand the 1959 DDO. I am looking at Ken Potter's Error coin page http://koinpro.tripod.com/ErrorVarietyList.htm) and there is a photo of the date. I see a "line" splitting the second 9 on the top left and another running through the right. Is that the DD? Also, I saw another description that indicated some DDs on the "LIBERTY". Comments please?

when trying to figure a variety, I usually go to all of these websites:

not one website has all of the varieties... better pictures... die markers....

check out coppercoins websites on that 1959; very good pictures for that 1959.
