They (W's) do end up back in circulation.

Went thru a 500$ Loomis circ box on Wednesday. Found a Massachusetts "W" that looks like it had been thru a war. On the other hand was a very nice "W" Marsh Billings Rockefeller that would pass for a 64.

The circ box finds just tells me the distribution of the W quarters is working out much better than it did in the early days of the program. There is no doubt in my mind that some shady stuff was going on between the armored couriers and some bulk coin searchers in early 2019.
