EclecticSavant New Member United States 0 Posts	Posted 10/23/2020 11:50 am Good day to everyone, I must apologize for having to admit that I'm really just a "coin jar" filler. I don't collect, but rather discover and pick while being fortunate enough to attract unique items. If a coin "catches" my attention, it goes into a jar, friends sift through the jar and then sass me for such monetary brutality. I found this forum while researching Wheat Pennies, my father began a collection of them for me over 30 years ago with a nice display board. We would search the weekly change accumulation and try to find major error coins or wheat pennies. It's about 2/3 complete and now my daughter and I have continued the quest. I doubt I'll ever completely fill the display, but it has created interest for my 10 year old in other areas of coin collecting. The sellers we have had dealt with have all been very welcoming, supportive, and just plain friendly. I figured the rest of the community must be just as great. Report this Post to the Staff

It can be fun and addicting but is a great way to connect and while away some winter hours up there. How "northern" are you? Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
