Here is a post that I made on a thread on another site. Maybe it will help. I, personally find it nearly impossible to grade off a photo on a computer screen, as you lose a great deal of actual wear or rubs, depending upon the quality of the photo. The grading sections are good to save as a reference for further use:

ebay completed auctions and the grading guide that is right here on this site, but not accessible through this actual discussion forum. There is a very nice coin grading, as well as pricing(estimates way too high) and varieties for that year/date. Here is the link for the "CoinsandCanada" grading section for this CaC site. Just go to coinsandcanada.com for other nice references
https://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins-grading.phpFor some reason, the first link that I sent (from above)isn't putting the full address into the actual link that's in blue. It also, for some reason, capitalizes the "n" and "g" in the address for the part that spells "grading". All that should be in capitals are the "G" and "C" in grading coins. You will have to copy and paste the full link to be able to connect. It has always been the BEST grading reference on the internet. You may have to play with the cut and paste, but it's worth it. If all that you get connected to is the "Wayback" site, just enter the old discontinued site address
http://www.coinoisseur.com/GradiNGCoins.html into the proper spot on the "Wayback" site. BTW, that Wayback site is great to get connected to any site that USED TO BE on-line, but expired. The Coinoisseur coin site was the best on-line for ages.
