It's just a hole filler for our album. But since the '25 are a little more valuable, I was curious what some Canadian experts thought? Not in love with the reverse and splotchy from a possible cleaning.

Not enough jewels in the vertical band and too much wear in the reverse leaf tips for me to call this EF...

I don't believe it was cleaned. It is a "woody". Albeit not one of he "pretty" ones.

The improperly poured coin can have a thin layer of copper/bronze on the surface and a layer of brass on right below it, which can be brought out with handling. It is actually a common enough phenomenia with woodies.

I say VF (cleaned) too, but gotta say It doesn't look very woody to me.
