I would say AU on this one. You can get these graded for near melt as well.

first thought was AU, however, due to the softness of the metal any circulation is going to cause marks, dings and scratches on these coins. I'm seeing a few on the legs but very little if any on the rest of this coin. I'm going with MS63 due to maybe a weaker strike.

I think another AU-58, although this coin looks nicer overall than the $10 Libertys you posted. Another good buy if genuine and priced near melt.
