It looks to me a high 9 from the photo, but it's sometimes hard to tell from photos. Wearwise, I'd give it an XF-40, but it has been heavily damaged by environmental corrosion, so it would take the value way way down to around a VG-10 to F-12

I put your coin in the middle of a High 9 and a low 9. You have a High 9

High 9, but it looks like someone took a Q-tip with acetone to it a little too vigorously... VF cleaned.

found this in my box of foreign coins that I had saved over the years--i believe it is the low 9 variety--
