Push Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die. Note only one side is affected. That is what Machine Doubling looks like. On a doubled die, the contour would be present. It is not a doubled die on your coin. None listed on either of the two variety sites for that year/mint that year. (Just one listed on V.V for 1995-S.
