Large date. Note how the bottom of the '7' is below the zero on the date. Here are a few more things to look for on these:
The angle of the center of the '9' is the clue that is actually a different design for the San Francisco coins only.
When looking on ebay, you often see on auctions the large/small dates up for sale. A clue how to not get fooled by an angled cent is this:
See the angle does matter, but the card will show the straight line of the for the small dates.
