its difficult to grade coins that are not oriented properly. you should flip this prior to posting. there is quite a bit of glare from your lighting which also makes it more difficult especially when it comes down to high AU coins versus MS coins. it could be angle and lighting but the legs of the eagle appear to have been polished. without adjustments as I suggested above I can only say the coin looks AU58 or MS63. if the dull field areas actually look like that in hand then I dont think the coin is MS
