I just watched a video on YouTube by Silver Slayer regarding a computer hack of JM Bullion's computer. The hacker was able to get customer info during transactions made between Feb 18, 2020 and July 17, 2020. The Video states that customer info such as name, address, credit card numbers and security code may have been taken. They supposedly sent emails out warning customers that made purchases during this time period. I made a couple purchases but have not been notified by them of this incident. I have sent an email to their customer service dept to find out if this is true and if my info was compromised.
Has anyone here made a purchase from JM Bullion during this time period and received notice from the company about this hack?

Trying to figure out why someone would use a CC and pay the higher premium on the metals.

CC get used for fast shipping, then card gets paid off at end of month. If you don't mind waiting an extra couple weeks for shipment, a check is the way to go.
