I just got my hands on this beauty from the good old laundromat! I'm glad I look at every piece of change that I come across. Haha someone help me out with this one. It looks like it got jammed when it was being made.

Note how the obverse Liberty is moved out of the normal location:

The devices will be in their normal locations.

On your coin the edge was pushed inwards, before they tried to make it look like a clip.
