This is from a new box of Bill Reid toonies right from the Mint to the bank. Out of the 8 rolls I got this is the only one that has this grime on it but it was very hard to find any with out a lot of hits.

Hi guys, I did find about 10 of these in 6 new seal box. They have the outer ring badly wash.
I did put one of theme in ecetone. after 4 days the image was still there and very difficult to erase with a cloth. Ipressive durability.
