1892 5cent OBV5 does not exist.
It was catalogued, with prices, for more than forty years before powers that be realized than none actually existed, all those purported to be OBV5 were misatributed OBV2's.
After being listed for so long they couldn't just drop it, so now with the "none known" comment it can be gradually laid to rest.
It is one of a number of mythological Victorian silver varieties. The 1872H twenty-five cent OBV1 has a similar history, I believe some were even certified by ICCS. These now have also been relegated to "none known" status.
