I'm going through some old coins and came across this one. Coin is pretty worn, so I'm not sure if this one is an RPM.

Yes on the skull crack, the mm is to "smushed" with wear to tell. At least for me

Looks like an area affected by coin wrappers:
1930-S-Cracked-Skull-And-RPM...not-Sure.
They have used different methods through the years, but it looks like it was damaged with the types of wrappers used for many years now.
