Originally was just going to post it with the grade, then decided to do a guess the grade for an unbiased opinion first. westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7624 Posts	Posted 11/06/2020 1:50 pm ANACS can be pretty tough on Buffalos. That's why I called your coin a "50". I have several Buffalos I thought would grade better than ANACS called them. This is one of them: I thought it was a solid VF with 1/2 to 2/3 of a horn. ANACS didn't think so and called it Fine Details Scratched. I'm still looking for the scratch, too! I feel your pain! Report this Post to the Staff

westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7624 Posts	Posted 11/07/2020 1:12 pm Yeah...it's an 8/7. The green gunk on the rim was mitigated before sending it in. It is really a nice coin but ANACS is just really tough on Buffalos. I just have a tough go with the scratch for some reason. I understand what the OP is going thru. Been there, done that!
