Being a wheatie brings a very small (3 cents) premium, this die chip? Maybe a few more cents, but there are SOOO many of them, I can't imagine much. But still, a fun find at face!

Nice find.
Yes, that is referred to as a "BIE" die chip. The extra chip looks like an "I". If the chip is between other letters it has a slightly different ID.

Agree, very common on mid-1950's wheats. If any premium, it's small.
