2020 U.s Virgin Islands Possible Quarter Error

Tootie92 New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 11/10/2020 02:44 am So these are the two exact quarters, same mint mark et al. And there is something going on with one of them. This can happen naturally over time or be accelerated by environmental or chemical exposure. Either way it is kinda cool to look at but doesn't add to the value.
