So these are the two exact quarters, same mint mark et al. And there is something going on with one of them. Looks sort of like a rainbow vibe going on here. Does anybody know what this means ? And is it worth anything?

@tootie, first welcome to CCF. Second, it looks like one of these quarters—the colorful one—has some surface staining or toning. This can happen naturally over time or be accelerated by environmental or chemical exposure. Either way it is kinda cool to look at but doesn't add to the value.
