From this photos I would say Business Strikes. Can't wait to see coin's in hand photos. Looks like a very nice set
I also think they need to be taken out of that holder

, I'm confident to say they are business strikes and should definitely be taken out of that holder . Looks like some of those coins have already turned anything but nice .

I would not have bought it if I did not think suspect it could be proof.

I'm conflicted, that first picture definitely looks like proof coins to me, but some of the others look like business strikes

100% confident they are proofs and agree they should be stored better than in that album

For sure the Lincolns are proofs. Looks like a great deal IMO, that's over $100 in low mintage proof Lincolns alone.
The first thing you need to do is get those coins in MUCH better holders like Airtites. The coins are toning and hazing from the cardboard and air exposure. It's likely downhill from where they are at now.

I think they are proofs that have been badly hazed/toned from the cardboard in the holder they were stored in.

Out of curiosity, lets say all are proofs, what is the realistic value of the three sets in the coins current condition?

The photos to me are not definitive to say business strike or proof. They are out of focus and poorly lit - not a good mix to attempt to judge provenance. I respect that fellow CCF experts who have expressed their views more strongly. Let's see accurate, in hand photos of the coins - then the community can agree together with some objective evidence. Do totally agree that the ancient Wayte Raymond cardboard coin board is truly inadequate storage. Your first and foremost task is to remove the coins from that archaic holder and - after photos - store in modern methods. That said, the Wayte Raymond holders themselves might have some collecting nostalgic appeal - so before you throw them away check ebay, etc to see if it's worth your time to save/sell them.
