I don't see any doubling.
And the correct term is Doubled Die.

That area of the '2' is affected by master die doubling on 50% of the cents from all mints that year.

I do find the '9' showing an affected area at 11:00. So you might want to look closer for other hub doubling.

Thanks for the extra images, but it show us that it is Machine Doubling on that area. Note the pushed metal on those digits. But keep in mind the images of the '9'. That is the first thing to look at for that year. The altered '9' is a secret thing to look for on the DDO's for that year. Save the second image I posted. That will remind you what to look for on the DDO's that year.

This is a Memorial cent, not a Wheat cent. Wheat cents were minted 1909-1958.
