I have just received a number of coins from family and would like to get "expert" call on the grade of the coins.
Hope you will lend me your thoughts on the grade and value, if any!

I would like to see the 63-D Lincoln out of the holder and show both sides of the coin . The 63 Franklin looks uncirculated but again need to show both sides of the coin for proper evaluation .

Would be most effective if only one coin is featured per post. Thanks.

Agree, please show us sharper pics of both sides of each coin, with one coin per post.

an overly compressed cent image is probably hiding small dings, but not the large hits, MS-61

the half might grade higher but too much glare to be sure

Should be able to get decent enough pics with an iPad or iPhone. Definitely needs to be stabilized while shooting. Biggest improvement would be to remove from the flips, the plastic completely changes the appearance of the surfaces.

Doing a quick search on the forum in coin photography has a number of helpful threads. Many of us, me included, just use our iPhones.

Easier said than done, my pics are usually sub par
