I found this coin in a roll and I noticed it has done doubling. It is most prominent in the B but It can be seen in other letters. What do you guys think? Is this a doubled die?

Or a minor DDO, with also Machine Doubling. (you can have both on the same strike) If it is mahcine doubling you will see this on the reverse. If this is a doubled die, then the reverse could be normal with/without the Machine Doubling. You need to determine the direction of the hub alteration. Then check the direction of the Machine Doubling. (This is often in only one direction, but not always as the looseness of the machine, makes the determination of alteration of the devices. You might start with checking the doubled dies that year to see what is listed on the two sites? Just checked and neither site shows a listed DDO for that year. So it is probably just Machine Doubling.

(I often try a logical solution to see if it could be a listed DDO, in the case if paid off. None listed at all for that year from any mint.)
If I had found listings, then I would have compared to see if it is listed yet. So I concur it is Machine Doubling.
