I'll say AU/unc details (cleaned), lifeless con with some unattractive spotting.

AU-53-55 possible details . Some areas of obverse looks cleaned . As far as value goes ,maybe $ 7 or $8 USD , if it proves to be cleaned .

The Indian Head looks pale, like a ghost. Cleaning?
I wonder what the coin looked like before somebody messed with it. If it had a nice red-brown patina, the combination with the few red spots left on the reverse (around the devices) could have been quiet nice.
