1967 Lincoln Cent Obverse Doesn't Look Right Reverse Is Fine

I have been searching for some place to get confirmation or try again. These errors get so confusing sometimes. I have been collecting coins that catches my eye with some kind of oddity for about a year but didn't know what to do with them. now I know. Got a whole lot more to put up.
